Fucking tired of this shitty ass establishment already. I have worked FOUR DAYS just to be sent home 2+ hours early than they bitch about how I’m not fully trained! All my coworkers do is sit near the drive through window and LOUDLY bitch and mock customers. Loudly talk about the manger and than I get sent home because they aren’t training me and we are not busy.
Basically it took me three hours to get to work cause I take the bus. They scheduled me for four hour shift and than I got sent home after an hour and fourty minutes because my manager had to go talk to the vet because in her exact words “I don’t trust my husband to give me all the information.” Obviously I stayed neutral but now I went from only getting 12 hours this week to getting under ten yay. I’m so beyond irritated
I got my schedule a few minutes ago it will be my first job only problem is I’m only getting 12 hours of work. Will I get more hours after my training is complete?
I’m also embarrassed to ask the hiring manager when I go in today such a weird question.
