Hello, since I booked my trip my algorithm on Facebook has been sending me to lots of news from Puerto Vallarta but at times I can't find any reliable sources to confirm them. So here I come to get any potential answers.

First: how common are crocodiles in the beach? We will be Staying at the Beach Pelicanos Resort/Grand Pelicano/Sunset area.

Second: Are they actual issues with sewer water making it into the beach and next to one of this resorts causing fuzz among the vacationers?

Third: Is anyone concerned about any Earthquake or possible hurricane due to current events at the Ring of Fire Earthquake zone and plus the Super El Niño?
