Yesterday a fight almost broke out, outside my classroom with a student of mines.

I asked my student what was going on and she told me she's been getting harassed and bullied by this one kid.

Long story short , one of the APs happened to pass by and I explained to him about what had just happened. I told him I was gonna write down a report about this incident and email the AP's.

I haven't had no response from neither one of them , I don't know if it's just me or the school lacks "real" leadership. I also feel bad for my student because she was really anxious and nervous about this whole situation.
