Does the time i apply affect my chances at a scholarship? Either way ill be applying during the early admission timing but does applying early august differ from mid sep-oct? I was hoping to do the sat once more in sep to get 1500+ (currently 1460) but if itll affect my chances do i just apply with the 1460? I cant take it in august.

I will be applying to financial aid as well, Ik its a long shot with aub but im hoping for 50+ overall (maybe 30% early and more with sat+ financial aid). Any specific things i should aim for to increase my chances?

Ik theres still a while till applications start but Im just trying to prepare everything so it can hopefully go smoothly.

Im currently a grade 11 student hoping to major in computer engineering at aub next year.

My current SAT is 1460 but im hoping to retake atleast once more and get 1500+

Im in the top 25% in my class

Im not lebanese but i have the residency. I wont be doing terminale instead im doing the british equivalent (igcses and a levels)

For my igcses i got 4 A stars and 2 As, Im currently doing my AS exams but im aiming for 4 As.

Do i have a chance at a 50% or more scholarship? If not what can i do to try to increase my chances?
Also how much of the tuition does the presidents merit scholarship cover?
