I applied for 6 month chinese language program (phase 2), the entrt tests are tomorrow and here my application status is stuck at offer acceptance under review, no admit card or anything. What should i do.

Hi guys, i got my pre admission letter from beijing science and technology vocational school. Is it good place for that? Also i heard they have kinda strict dorm rules and curfews?
