Any updates re: old Kaspers on MacArthur?

I recall it was bought by Trybe and briefly open under their ownership, but it has looked closed up for months, and the shipping containers and outdoor space look newer to me (though maybe they’re old and I just never noticed them).

Does anyone have information re: the current state or future plans for this space?

Ticket available for Fillmore show in SF tonight

It cost me $49 but I’m willing to accept less. Send me a message if you’re interested, it seems easy to transfer via Ticketmaster. I’m bummed to miss it but I’m sick so just don’t have it in me.
