Is there anyway a Fit Bit can help with lucid dreaming?
I just bought my first Fit Bit watch. Is there any way it can be used for Lucid Dreaming? Are there any apps that connect to it that can use the fit bit to notice when I’m in REM sleep and make my phone turn an alarm on or make the watch vibrate on my wrist? Any other ways to use the watch for lucid dreaming?
