Hey everyone, quick question about ladder for pump foiling in the sea.

My current ladder is a solid single piece, super sturdy, but it is just too short. The board sits above knee level, which forces me to dunk the foil way deeper than I want and gives me barely any time to pop up on my feet.

I am looking at getting a longer articulated aluminium ladder with folding joint locks. My main concern is the saltwater and all those moving parts. Are those locking hinges going to corrode or seize up super fast, or do they hold up fine if you give them a rinse?

Would love to know if anyone uses a folding setup in ocean conditions. Thanks!
