New to FAM, looking for advice

Hi all. I’m 22 and have been on various forms of contraception since I was about 15. I still don’t want to get pregnant, but I am desperate to quit because it’s draining the life out of me.

I would be grateful if anyone has any tips for me on how to proceed, especially recommendations for fertility research - from the little I have read so far I am aware there is a whole lot to learn.

Edit: I’ve had a look through the wiki (not completely yet) and am completely overwhelmed! So much information and so many different methods… I don’t even know where to start on deciding which method suits me. Any advice on navigating all of the different methods? I don’t have a lot of money to spend on this.
