Waterbury sewage treatment plant
Anyone notice the sewage plant in waterbury has been smelling extra bad lately? The past 4 years it was fine, could barely smell it. I could stand on the river bank right next to it. Now all of the sudden I can smell that place all the way by crossroads even pro pig on some days.
