My first dunks ever
My height: 6’1” (186cm)
My standing reach 8’1” (246-247cm)
Rim height 9’10” (299cm)
I deflated the ball a little bit for a better grip. Also the court was very slippery after the rain, so my technique is not that good it could be, but I finally reached a dunk! It took around 1-1.5 months of lazy trainings, I literally had time to visit my GYM for like 3-4 times (squats 70kg 3reps, Bulgarian squats 16kg in each hand 8-10reps each leg). Also I trained jumping as high as possible to the rim.
What would you guys say? I’d like to hear some advices what to do next. I haven’t really spend much time on training dunks and I’m happy I reached it so easily.
Now my goal I think is to keep grinding and make a dunk with a normal basketball on a standard 10ft rim :)
