I've created a plugin aimed at doing the heavy-lifting work on the idea and market validation side to actually build what people want: startupsuperpowers.io

It is a set of skills and subagents that:

• Elaborate on the idea and push back on bullshit and wishful thinking
• Discover direct and indirect competitors
• Surface and cross-check core risks and assumptions to validate and turn into features and sales motions
• Create interview scripts and analyse your conversations with users — giving feedback on your technique and linking evidence to your assumptions
• Create surveys and ship them via Tally's MCP (you just have to register there and get the API key)
• Scaffold an MVP so you can keep validating with real users

All of it is held together by hooks that keep artefacts and folder structure consistent, so you can browse everything in your favourite Markdown/graph reader (Obsidian works great).

What features would you like delivered next?
I am thinking along the lines of market leads, competitor watch, pitching, fundraising -- but open to ideas.

The feedback loop is tough because, well, it's literally your Claude Code. So if you try it, lmk what landed and what didn't!
