Visited New York for the first time this weekend and on our last night my phone was stolen in Washington Square Park. My phone was dead but my computer still picks up the location in an apartment nearby. Had to fly back home (California) and it hasn’t been turned on/charged but still see it active. Went to the police and they just had me file a report.

Makes me very uneasy because I have the location of it and can see it still on my Find My. Anything I can do or am I at a complete loss? Nothing backed up from the trip m, so bummed about no memories from NYC. I don’t care if they keep the phone I just want it to back up.
