Hi everyone,

I’ve been consistently making it to final-round “meet the team” interviews, but I haven’t been able to land an offer yet. I’m trying to figure out where I might be falling short.

From a recruiter or hiring manager perspective, what’s usually discussed internally after a meet-the-team interview? What factors tend to make or break a final decision at that stage?

Also, what are some practical ways candidates can improve their chances once they’ve already made it to the final round?

Would really appreciate any insight or advice.
