Will be joining the college in few days and I keep seeing everyone mention about zone culture. Is it really that bad? what do you suggest, seniors?

Do I get a print of my og documents, sign on it and upload it on portal with my og document in pdf form? sounds like unnecessary extra work but it is mentioned in 2nd notice to self attest my documents
