Hello everyone, I’m a Scientist ( lab based) with 5+ years of experience in both diagnostic and R&D environments.

Last November I obtained PRINCE2 certification in Project Management, since then I have been applying for PM roles.

In January I got an interview for a PM in a immunology company, although the interview was good they went with someone with more PM experience, since then I have been applying but keep getting rejection after rejection even when applying for assistant PM roles. Can I get some advice?
