Hi im 16 and pretty new to all this and want to connect with people and I wanted to know if there are any Swiss owners and puppies

So for context I am still underage but im not like 13-15 it’s needed for the context I would say so any way back to the important stuff so I feel like there’s no owners or really puppy boys in Switzerland and I do want to find an owner so basically those anyone have advice on how to find one especially if you have experience and are from around
I appreciate any advice
