Potentially have an offer for an internship with the IRC and would love to hear people's insights on whether or not it's worth it. For context, I'm a recent graduate trying to build up my resume a bit more since the job market is so intense. Not necessarily interested in non-profit work specifically, but wouldn't mind it nonetheless. What's really holding me back is that it is an unpaid internship. I don't want to waste my time doing mundane tasks for free which I know a lot of interns experience in other companies/organizations.
