Just curious, I've seen quite a few people on here post their update on their stump closures. My question is, how long was it until you actually saw your stitches? My surgery was Sep 21 and I haven't seen it yet. I have an appointment on Tuesday the 6th to babe the cast removed and stitches out. Just curious how long most of y'all went
Officially part of the team. Doctors say I'll be in the hospital for 3 or so days. Ready for recovery and to get back out there!
Quick question for the riders on the group. What mods have you done to your bikes to continue to ride? Have you done any? I've read about thumb brake systems and dual- lever systems, are these any good?

I will be having my right leg amputated below the knee, due to complications from a severe car crash and multiple surgeries and barely being able to walk because of it. I was just curious if anyone had any bits of wisdom on how to prepare for surgery and how the first few months of recovery/ prosthetic use look like.
