When did test plus reta become normal?

I keep seeing testosterone and retatrutide presented like an obvious combination now.

The logic sounds simple.

Retatrutide handles appetite and weight loss.
Testosterone is supposed to protect muscle, performance, and libido.

Then a dramatic before and after makes the entire stack look proven.

But the photo cannot show what each drug contributed, what the bloodwork looked like, or what happens after retatrutide stops.

I understand why the combination appeals to people.

I just do not understand when two major interventions became a casual first option.
Is test plus reta actually becoming the default cutting stack now?

How much actually stays?

I keep seeing completely different answers to this.

Some people come off and say they kept most of what they built.

Others say the strength, fullness and size started disappearing way faster than they expected.

And then there are people who say they "came off" but actually went onto trt or a cruise, which obviously makes the comparison pretty useless.

For anyone who actually came off completely, what happened?

What did you keep, what disappeared first, and how long did it take before you felt properly off?

What supplement did you only notice after stopping it?

I’ve had a few things where I barely noticed anything while taking them.

Then I stopped and suddenly realized they were probably doing more than I thought.

What was that for you?

Is creatine hmb actually worth it?

I used creatine hmb for about a month and honestly I still have mixed feelings about it.

I did notice less soreness and my recovery felt better after a couple weeks.

The problem is I have no idea how much of that was actually the hmb.

You’re already getting 5 grams of creatine, which we know works.

Then you’re paying $49.99 a tub and the main addition is 1.5 grams of hmb.

That’s where I struggle with it.

A lot of hmb research uses around 3 grams, and the results seem pretty mixed once you look at trained people.

I don’t think it’s a bad product at all.

I actually liked using it.

But if someone asked me which one to buy, I’d still tell most people to get plain creatine and save the money.

If you’re training hard enough that a small recovery difference matters, or you just want the convenience of having everything together, then I can see the argument for it.

That’s basically where I landed after using both.

Would you actually pay the extra for hmb or just stick with plain creatine?

Nobody agrees on ghk cu

Ghk cu keeps getting recommended for skin, hair, healing, inflammation, and workout recovery.

That sounds impressive until you start reading actual experiences.

Some people report better skin or faster healing.

Others only mention injection pain, lumps, or no noticeable change at all.

Part of the confusion is that people use it in completely different ways.

Some apply it topically.

Some inject it.

Some add it to a larger recovery stack and then credit ghk cu for everything that changes.

So I am not convinced most people even know what result they are judging it by.

For anyone who has used ghk cu on its own long enough to tell, what clearly changed?
