Lost a USB with a photocopy of my birth certificate. What are my next steps?

I recently lost a USB stick with a photocopy of my birth certificate. I believe I threw it away into my apartments dumpster (i threw away my old work bag, I believe it was in there) but I am obviously working under the assumption it is in the hands of a bad actor. So far I have frozen my credit with all 3 agencies (I keep it frozen always) and have IRS + Social Security accounts created to prevent someone from making an account in my name. Are they any other steps I need to take?

Part 2: there is a very very slim chance there was photocopy of my driver license and passport as well. The reason being I was submitting a citizenship application for another country, hence I needed these documents. I do not believe I ever saved these documents to the USB, I believe I just scanned and printed them directly at home, but I want to prepare for this situation as well just in case.

Citations in ECCV Rebuttal [D]

This is my first time submitting to ECCV, and I am obviously struggling with the 1 page limit of the rebuttal. I currently refer to 3 previous works in the rebuttal, all of which are often mentioned in the main paper. In this case, must I cite these papers again in the rebuttal, or it is assumed the reviewers can refer to the original paper?
