I have been working on my delivery station since November last year. I started off as a regular seasonal associate then got converted into flex PT but recently they hired a bunch of seasonal this month. Should I be worried to be let go on the next layoff of all seasonal? Or do you think eventually I will be converted into a BB? Been almost 7 months.

I’m going onto six months at the current delivery station that I’m at. I was converted into flex PT in January. Fast-forward towards the beginning of May I’m already at six months. My delivery station is hiring more people, but are not converting anybody yet. Should I be concerned that they will let us go soon or is it rare that they let go of flex PT associates?
