I used some cypress mulch in a path, but then I read I should use cedar because cypress is being over harvested and cedar is a more environmentally friendly choice. Then I read that cedar is maybe harming/deterring the insects and I shouldn't use that. All the other mulch was dyed, and they say you shouldn't use that. Wife will be pretty annoyed if I do chip drop and get too much, so not doing that. Feeling a little insane with information and I just want to do more good than bad. Is cedar ok?
