We are looking at new construction homes in the Lansing area and are currently deciding between Eastbrook Homes and Mayberry Homes. We’d love to hear from people who have built with either builder (or considered both).

A few things we care about:
- Build quality / craftsmanship
- Communication during the build process
- Warranty experience & responsiveness after closing
- Upgrade pricing / hidden costs
- Overall value for the price

We’re especially interested in hearing from anyone who recently built in the greater Lansing / East Lansing / Okemos area.

Which builder would you choose and why? Any regrets or things you wish you knew before signing?
