Bats in Loft - Proceed?
Me and partner are first time buyers. Sole income is mine (64pa)
We have found a house we like which is in the perfect area, right next to our daughter’s school and nothing else on the market.
Bit worried as only Co-op are willing to consider a mortgage application.
Anyone else have any experience with mortgaging a property with bats in loft?
