Hi everyone,

I’m riding a 2026 Giant Revolt 0 and I’m not completely happy with the 2x12-speed GRX setup. My previous bike had a 1x12-speed drivetrain, and I’d like to switch back to 1x12.

I’d also like to go with an electronic drivetrain this time. Would it be possible to convert the bike to SRAM 1x12 Apex XPLR or Rival XPLR without any major issues?

Or could there be compatibility problems because the bike originally came with a 2x12-speed setup?
Has anyone already done this conversion, or something similar, and could share their experience? I’d be particularly interested in knowing which parts were needed and whether there were any unexpected compatibility issues.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been riding a Giant Revolt 0 for about two months now. For the past few days, I’ve been hearing an intermittent clicking/creaking noise whenever I put pressure on the pedals.
So far, I’ve checked and retorqued the bottom bracket, bottom bracket cups, pedals, chainring, freehub body, and cassette. I also greased the parts where it made sense. In addition, I cleaned the seatpost and readjusted the stem.
I’m slowly running out of ideas about where the noise could be coming from. It also happens when I’m pedaling out of the saddle, so I don’t think the seatpost is the cause.
I’d really appreciate any suggestions or ideas.
