Every time I do chakra meditations, the colors of the chakras are pale pastel around me. But everything I see online or from other people, the colors are very bold and vibrant. But I've never seen them that way. Am I doing something wrong? Or are they colors different for different people?
Every time I do chakra meditations, the center of my forehead kind of between my eyebrows aches. I know it's not how I'm sitting because I sit the exact same way for all my meditations, and my forehead doesn't ache with other meditations. It happens with any chakra meditation, though. Am I doing something wrong?
Okay, for context, I'm 23 and was raised on Star Trek TOS. I love tos, next generation, voyager, and ds9. I loved the new alternate reality movies. But I'm really cautious of the new shows. Should I watch Discovery and Strange New Worlds? I've heard mixed reviews, and I'm just really nervous about watching them.
EDIT: I watched the first four episodes SNW. I like the characters, I like how they showed the Vulcan mind meld. But I don't really like the design of the ship? It doesn't feel like it's in the right time, i think they could have updated it while still having the retro futuristic vibes of TOS. I really, really don't understand the Gorn? Why are they there? They could have just made a different species and passed it off as tos cannon because nobody on that specific ship had dealt with them.
I have five jars on my alter, fire, water, air, earth, and spirit. In the fire jar I have red sand, a coin, and a cinnamon stick. In the water jar I have pale blue salt, sea shells, and sea glass. In the air jar I have white sand, feathers, and dandelion seeds. In the earth jar I have dark brown sand, a stick, and sunflower seeds. In the spirit jar I have clear quartz sand and an origami butterfly. Im trying to figure out what two crystals/gem stones to add to each elemental jar. What do I add?
