[HIRING] Commission-Only Cold Caller — Roofing Niche (Remote, US Hours)
Hey — I run a roofing customer acquisition agency and I'm looking for one cold caller to work with me on a pure commission basis.
What the job is: Calling roofing company owners from a pre-built lead list using a script I've already written and tested. Your only job is to book them onto a strategy call with me and close turns into a client.
What you get: 20% commission on a $2,000 offer — that's $400 every time we close. No ceiling. The more calls you book that convert, the more you make. This is a serious earning opportunity for the right person.
What I need:
- US accent or US-sounding accent — non-negotiable, we're calling American business owners
- Previous outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience
- 150-200 dials per day — this is high volume, focused work
- Someone who wants to make real money and isn't afraid of the phone
- Strong communicator — I want a close working relationship, not someone who disappears
