The show is starting to have me view Vault Tec as a distinct faction on their own, but is this appropriate? I didn't think of it much, but before I suppose I would have included them among the industry titans a part of the Enclave.

Overseer MacLean mentioning the intent of wiping out surface factions is this a Vault Tec thing, or is it in line with the Enclave's mission? Seems kind of ridiculous considering there are quite a few candidate organizations at this point.
