How screwed am I? Fluctuating assessments

NBME 26 – 60 EPC, 81% chance passing (95 days out)

AMBOSS SA – 97% chance of passing (77 days out)

UWSA1 – Borderline (73 days out)

NBME 29 – 62 EPC, 86% chance passing (68 days out)

NBME 31 – 65 EPC, 92% chance passing (42 days out)

NBME 32 – 56 EPC, 65% chance passing (29 days out)

NBME 30 – 62 EPC, 86% chance passing (32 days out)

NBME 28 – 67 EPC, 94% chance passing (20 days out)

UWSA3 – 44%, low chance passing (16 days out)

Completed 1st pass UWorld 2 weeks ago and averaged 55%, doing 1-2 incorrects blocks and weak topic review.

Exam is on June 5, in 16 days. The drops in NBME 32 and UWSA3 spooked me. I already rescheduled my exam twice (end of April to mid-May due to personal reasons) and now to June 5th due to the NBME 32 drop.

Honestly UWSA3 felt WAY harder/longer/more indirect than the NBMEs and I felt cognitively drained the whole time. I also noticed I was massively overthinking and spending too long per question.

For people who passed Step 1 recently:

How much weight would you personally give UWSA3 vs newer NBMEs?

Did anyone else have a major UWSA3 drop but still pass?

Would you postpone immediately off this result alone or wait for another NBME/UWSA2/Free120 first? I still have 27 and 33.

Some insight would be very much appreciated. Trying to stay level-headed. Thank you!
