Appartment nuisance?
I live on the 1st floor in an apartment and people on the 3rd floor are still loudly watching TV, laughing and talking at 2:30 AM. The sound is clearly audible inside my house even from two floors below.
This started around 11:30.
I informed the watchman around 12 AM and he apparently even switched off their electricity once because they weren’t listening.
But after some time they started again and are still continuing at 2:30 AM.
I honestly don’t understand how people think this is normal in an apartment where others are trying to sleep.
It’s not even occasional noise — this kind of late-night disturbance keeps happening.
The association usually just collects maintenance and doesn’t seem serious about enforcing basic rules or quiet hours.
Guys got any suggestion? Like how to deal?
