Hi there! Moving back down to NOLA for a few months this Fall, and I'm trying to get a head start on what the film community is like down there. I went to school in New Orleans and left for New York as my mentor on set told me there wasn't any work down there. Going back down for NOFF to volunteer & want to get a gage on any other film community stuff happening. I heard of something called Cinema Sanctuary that was up & running in some church while I was gone, and have been hearing about a place called Zeitgeist too? Any leads would be appreciated -- looking specifically for screenings, film clubs, experimental theatre, or anything else remotely related. Thanks & can't wait to see you all soon. Xx
