Hiring a full-time remote student manager/customer support coordinator.
We are looking for a reliable female manager to help oversee student orders, communicate with tutors, and assist students through our website portal.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering student questions quickly and professionally
• Managing and scheduling assignments with tutors
• Logging into student portals when needed
• Sending verification codes or login information when requested
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring assignments are handled properly
• Drafting messages for students before sending them for approval
• Communicating clearly with both students and tutors
• Staying organized and responding fast throughout the day
Requirements:
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Professional and fast communication skills
• Must be highly responsive and available throughout the day in Eastern Time (EST)
• Must respond quickly whenever contacted
• Must be organized, quick, professional, and responsive at all times
• Strong multitasking skills
• Must be able to handle pressure, urgent deadlines, and fast-paced situations
• Weekend availability required
• Must use WhatsApp regularly for communication and management
• Familiar with university assignments, online classes, tutoring, or academic support industry
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
• Must have a laptop or computer with a stable internet connection
• Experience with WhatsApp, portals, Google Docs, and online communication tools preferred
• Must be trustworthy and professional with confidential student information
• Must sign a Non-Compete Agreement and agree not to take or contact company clients for at least 4 years
Training:
You will draft student messages for review at the beginning until communication standards and workflow are fully understood.
Schedule:
Availability required from 8AM–12AM EST.
This does NOT mean nonstop work all day, but you must remain available and responsive whenever needed during those hours.
Pay:
Starting pay is $300/month.
