Hi everyone, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room near UConn/Storrs.

The room is in Willington, about an 8-minute drive from campus. Rent is around $680/month, and utilities usually come out to about $60/month per person. You would have your own private bedroom and share the unit with 2 existing roommates.

The room comes with a bed frame and mattress included for free, so it’s move-in ready. The unit also has a shared kitchen and living room, plus parking available and a laundry room downstairs.

Move in can be immediate, and it’ll be first come, first served. This would be a sublease / lease takeover arrangement with the current roommates.
