Im looking for someone interested in jointly renting a place and splitting the year. I would stay from June to November, and you would take over from December to May.

I thought this might work well for someone who only needs a place for part of the year, while also making rent more manageable for both of us. I’m open to discussing location, budget, and lease options together.
