My girl is 11 months old and had her first heat 3 months ago. During her heat her teats enlarged but they never reduced in size. Is this normal?

For those of you who transplanted from So Cal with the best climate in the country, are you happy in Prescott? My hubby and I were born and raised in MD, lived there for 50 years before accepting a job transfer to San Diego. We couldn’t resist the weather and for the most part love it here…except for the politics, we are conservative and feel underrepresented here as well as the extreme high cost of living. I was laid off after my company went under a couple years ago and decided to go ahead and collect social security as did my hubby. We are lucky that we were able to build an ADU which the rent helps supplement our income but it doesn’t feel sustainable long term. Anyway, after much research, Prescott is on the top of our list to move to! We love hiking, fishing and golfing and prefer the mountains to the beach. We also have 4 athletic dogs so off leash areas would be great, we currently have a 1.5 acre property (see attached pic) and would definitely want a large lot with elbow room and a view. Would love to hear from other transplants on how you adjusted to Prescott with the seasons after living here in So Cal!

Edit to add; we actually bought our lot and built our home completely by ourselves so it holds more sentimental value.
