I come home from school to open my msi gl65 leopard, which I admit is pretty old, but still gets the job done. I had zero issues with boot up until today. It is stuck on the stupid red dragon logo. (Yes i tried turning it off on holding the power button it doesn’t work) I called MSI support and the guy said “yeah theres nothing you can do.” With a genuine snicker at the end. Mightve been the worst support I have ever heard in my entire life. If anyone has a solution please help 😭.
