How to politely decline interviewing/ making questions for my replacement?

I am about to turn in a 3 week notice to my employer that I will be leaving. Unfortunately due to the way the other company did the background check my boss found out early. Things got a bit tense for a few weeks but have since calmed and they are aware I’m leaving. During one of the discussions my boss asked if I’d be willing to make interview questions/ help select my replacement and I said I’d think about it. Now that it’s time for me to turn in my notice I need to give an answer and truthfully I do not want to do it. To make a long story short I am leaving because I’m very unhappy here and maybe I could of moved passed that but when my boss found out about the background check she threatened to not confirm my employment if I didn’t have a massive meeting about staying. Before I agreed to the meeting I heard from coworkers that she went on a rant about me and during it was questioning the validity of my military service. Really odd and the last few weeks has left a bad taste in mouth. I don’t want to do them any more favors.

I plan to never return to this company so I’m not worried about keeping relationships but I also will be working here for another 3 weeks and would like to keep the peace so what is the best way I can decline helping with interviews and the selection process?
