I’m facing an issue with my Background Check (BGC) details after receiving a TCS Digital offer, and I’m not sure how to proceed.
During the interview process, my application form wasn’t updated with my latest work experience. Instead, it still reflected my previous year’s (2025 NQT) application details.
However, during document verification, I did submit my current organization’s Letter of Appointment (LOA) along with 3 months of payslips. I currently have around 7 months of work experience, and this is also correctly mentioned in my offer letter.
Now, after accepting the offer, while filling out the BGC details, my experience is showing as “No experience”, and the section is not editable. I’m worried this might cause a mismatch during verification.
Has anyone faced a similar issue?
How can I get this corrected or updated?
