In my collection, I only have the old S.H.Figuarts version and the Luke from the Last Command 4-pack (well, three if you count Luuke, lol). While I’m still satisfied with the face sculpt on the old SHF, I was shocked by how limited the leg articulation felt when I picked it up again recently.

Which recent Luke Skywalker figures offer the best range of motion? I’d especially love to hear about the newer S.H.Figuarts and MAFEX releases. While the black Jedi Knight costume is my preference, I’m open to recommendations for other designs as well.

I wanted to recreate Thrawn's iconic "fingers steepling" pose, so I attached some spare hand parts I had. I wish I could have brought the hands closer to his face, but this was the limit for the shoulder's range of motion. It would probably look even better with a desk or a chair, though. The hand pegs on the Rebels version of Thrawn were so stiff that they actually snapped off, so I had no choice but to re-drill the holes using a rotary tool.
