The bike arrived last week and I charged the battery outside of the bike while I was assembling everything. After riding the bike to about 40%, I charged through the bike for the first time. The battery appeared to charge normally, but the bike is now completely unresponsive.

I contacted ONYX support and after some troubleshooting they told me they believe the alarm box is malfunctioning and are sending a replacement.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Just looking for advice and seeing if this is a known issue while I wait for the replacement part.
