I'm in the process of applying for jobs still and I've taken on as much of the advice as my brain can from this page and elsewhere.

Would anyone be willing to harshly critique my STAR statements before I send it off for a role?

Hello all,

Soon to be former teacher here looking to break into the service.
I've applied for positions and always get shot down during the personal statement stage.

I ask others who work in the service to check over my statements and I've applied their feedback and still nothing.
I'm using STAR. Not lying. Not using AI.

Is it really this hard to even get an interview?

Need a reality check and any advice please.
