hey everyone, just wanted to share some info on the refund process with the ultrahuman ring cause i’ve heard that a lot of people are having the same issues.
I originally bought the ring in Jan 2025, it worked until october when it just refused to connect. They happily sent me a brand new replacement. Which then had the exact same issue in december 2025. They, once again, happily sent out a brand new replacement.
So now, 4 months later, the 3rd of its kind is having the exact same issue. Product in my opinion is clearly unreliable, so i want a refund.
I call the customer service line cause their chat function isn’t working. Explain my issue, and am told that because my ring is no longer under the 1 year warranty they can’t give me a refund - but they can offer me a used & approved ring.
I say no, the lady (who was genuinely lovely) went back to her team, and proceeded to offer me a brand new ring or store credit - but as an exception just for me because technically i wasn’t under warranty.
I very quickly declined, stated that I’d rather write a formal complaint via email to the company (not about her but the process), as i know that UK consumer law gives me protection for 6 years (didn’t even have to mention this). But anyway, she went back to her team, and miraculously was then able to offer me a full refund.
So just a cautionary tale to not let them just offer you the cheapest option, stick to your guns and know your country’s consumer laws :)
