Looking for a new flatmate for a 2bhk fully furnished apartment in Chaukhandi Extension, Tilak Nagar. Nearest metro station, Subhash Nagar metro station, is at a 10 minutes walking distance.
The rent is 7500 per month, electricity and gas to be paid separately as per the bill.
Security is the same as the rent.
One room is already occupied.
For food we have an aunty- 2500 per month. She comes twice a day.
