My boy isn’t lifting his leg
My Samwell, 11 months old, is not lifting his leg to pee. He’s peeing all over his under carriage and paws, I’m unsure what to do. I got him groomed a week ago and he already smells of urine again and is matting where he pees. Any advice please 😭
