
Hey everyone, really frustrated right now and need some advice.
I bought a pair of Noise headphones and they broke within 7 months of completely normal usage, I was literally just using them for online classes. Nothing extreme at all.
I contacted their support and they claimed it was external physical damage and charged me ₹600 as a replacement charge. I paid it. After that, they took 1 full month just to pick up the product. I finally received it back after 45 days of paying the charges.
Now here's the worst part, it's been 2 months since I got it back and the headphones have broken again with the exact same issue. And despite paying the replacement charges, I was given no extended warranty whatsoever.
Their customer service line has a 15-minute waitlist just to talk to someone. Absolute joke.
I've also seen multiple Reddit posts from people facing the exact same problem with Noise, so this clearly isn't a one-off.
At this point I want my money back. What are my options here?
