Hi all - I saw a lot of people post here that their IDR recertification went through quickly with Mohela. It’s been a few weeks for me. I submitted it through student aid with my W9. Mohela confirmed they got it but now it’s in a correspondence delay. I did not opt in for IRS access. Anyone have luck with this same route? Thanks!
Hi all - I posted earlier about re-certifying with a W2 without the IRS tool. I just got a letter form Mohela of a correspondence processing delay that could take 90 days. Has anyone had success with it being completed earlier than this? I manually submitted my W2 to student aid.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. I’m currently also missing 10 months of payments and am reaching 120 months of employment this year.

Hi all, I submitted my app on 4/30 to recertify with Mohela through student aid. I have opted out of IRS automatically reporting my income and had uploaded a W2 through student aid.
Did I screw myself with the time it’ll take to recertify? I’m already missing 10 months and am supposed to hit 120 this fall.
Do I need to upload my tax documents directly to Mohela or will they use what I submitted to student aid?
Anything I should do at this point?
