Sorry lmao for the loud tv but she/he does it all the time now

I went to the store today after cycling this tank for almost a month because I wanted to get some shrimp but while I was there I saw this scrawny betta fish that looked sick and like it had fin rot, I couldn’t just leave it there so I got the fish but it’s super skinny, the mouth looks deformed (not sure), the back of its body kinda has a bulge and definitely has fin rot. I need help I really want this fish to survive, so far I put it in the tank and I bought both of those things to maybe give it a better chance…
