I’ve been trading CFDs for years, but recently shifted to futures. I’ve noticed that charts sometimes differ between the two trendlines don’t always align, which creates confusion in my analysis. Since my strategy relies heavily on trendlines and trapping moves, I’m unsure which market data I should trust and stick with. any advice

There are many trades where I’m confident about the direction, but I hesitate because I want a better entry price. I keep waiting for a pullback that often never comes, and the market moves straight to the target without me.

Even though I consider multiple factors like the trading session and overall context, I still struggle with FOMO entries. This often leads me to enter late, and when the trade goes against me, I end up holding losing positions and averaging down. Eventually, I run out of room to manage the trade properly, which worsens the loss.

I’d really like to understand how to overcome this pattern and improve my execution discipline.
