Considering opening my own P&C independent agency
As the title states, I’m considering opening a completely independent agency in Florida. My concern is hiring agents to my agency. What are some of the benefits, pay percentages, renewals and problems you have faced that I can offer and avoid to get agents onboard?

A really good day
Caught a bunch of 15” snapper and then a 30-35lb tarpon from the docks. Caught the tarpon on a trout rod with 20lb test. Never thought I would actually get it. I earned this one….
